Internship and training

At Insights, we provide paid and unpaid internship program with the aim of shaping the next generation of outstanding experts in data management research design and monitoring and evaluation.

The program recruits fresh graduates and students from high schools and universities in the country. We invest in young talents setting aside a portion of our project income and collaborating with potential sponsors. The internship program will allow trainees to take part in various impactful projects where they gain knowledge, skills and be competitive in the growing job market.
