With over 16 years of experience in  field Yonas led projects on gender, women empowerment, child care, support and rehabilitation, nutrition, and HIV/AIDS over the years. He has strong people skills and an understanding of government structures that allowed him to successfully navigate and prioritize activities. He has a solid track record in M&E, training, research, analysis, reporting, training manual development, and project management.
